Right of Withdrawal
This page applies if you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, that is, if you buy boonvid mainly for purposes outside your trade, business or profession. Businesses have no right of withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough that you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period ends.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. For this refund we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
If you asked for the services to begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount. It corresponds to the share of the services already provided up to the moment you inform us that you are exercising your right of withdrawal, compared with the full scope of the services provided for in the contract.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
Your right of withdrawal expires when we have provided the service in full, if before we started you expressly agreed that we begin before the withdrawal period ends, and confirmed that you know you lose your right of withdrawal once we have performed the contract in full.
What this means at boonvid
- Before the payment form opens, we ask you to tick two statements: “I expressly request that boonvid starts the service and makes my minutes available right away, before the withdrawal period ends.” and “I know that I lose my right of withdrawal once the contract has been performed in full, and that if I withdraw earlier, I pay a proportionate amount for the minutes I have already used.” We record them with the time and the version of the Terms and confirm them to you by email.
- Minutes you have already used count as service already provided. If you withdraw, they are charged proportionally: the share of the minutes you have used in the minutes your payment booked. You get the rest of your payment back.
- Example: you buy Flex 30 for $45 and have used 10 minutes when you withdraw. You pay $15 for them and get $30 back.
- Minutes that could not be delivered because of a failure on our side are not charged.
